Alina Slapac, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educator Preparation & Leadership (2017-presently) who received The Chancellor's Award of Excellence in Teaching (UMSL, 2020), Emerson Excellence in Teaching Award (UMSL, 2013), O.L. Davis, Jr. Counselor of Distinction Award (KDP, 2015), to name a few. She has been the Counselor for KDP MU Iota Chapter since 2009.
