He has held a variety of roles from special education teacher, special education administrator, general education elementary assistant principal and human resources administrator. Raising 3 children of his own, he realizes the demands of family, ongoing education and providing your very best at work. Marty truly enjoys co-teaching Education 1000 at UMSL, where he has the opportunity to interact with freshmen who wish to become our next generation of educators. He completed his BS in Elementary Education at Missouri Valley College and his MEd in School Administration at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Marty’s EdS degree with an emphasis in superintendent administration is from Webster University.
