As a principal, Dr. Dolan created the Fight Free Schools process
and shared the concept of teaching violence prevention behaviors with
other colleagues. The program grew to involve over 180 schools in
the midwest while schools from 26 states came on board as well. Dr.

to solve problems in a peaceful manner earned her an invitation to
the White House Conference on School Violence in 1998.
Dr. Dolan has earned numerous awards for her efforts with the Fight
Free School Process and currently serves as Fight Free Schools President,
offering staff development to assist educators who are implementing
the program. She spreads the Fight Free message at National Conferences,
