THE APPLICATION FOR INTERNSHIP AND STUDENT TEACHING ARE THE SAME.  THIS APPLICATION NEED ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONE TIME, THE SEMESTER BEFORE YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO INTERN. Complete both the application on the left and the course worksheet on the right.

NOTE:  Schedule a TB test well before the application is due.  A TB test must accompany your application when turned into the Teacher Certification & Advising Office.  Late applications will NOT be accepted.
